Closing the Diversity Gap
To meet the needs of all customers, we need a diverse financial planning industry.
Our Commitment
As of 2017, the CFP Board showed that only 6% of financial planners reported as African American and just 32% as women. Dalton Education’s Diversity Initiative was created to change that, to bolster the number of educated and credentialed minority individuals and women in the financial planning field.
The Dalton Education CFP® Education Scholarship provides up to $3,000 to those that qualify. This financial assistance can be used for CFP® education courses through the University of Richmond School of Professional and Continuing Studies.
Multiple scholarships will be awarded by Dalton Education every year on a first-come, first-served basis to qualified applicants who successfully complete the application process. If you would like to be considered and you meet all eligibility requirements, please apply below.
Eligibility Requirements
