    Our Diversity Initiative provides financial assistance to individuals from underrepresented groups. With this aid, we're helping to change the face of financial planning to better represent the diverse clients we serve.

    The Dalton Education Diversity Initiative provides up to $3,000 for our CFP® certification education courses.

    In financial assistance has been awarded by Dalton to individuals from underrepresented groups in terms of race, ethnicity, and gender, and to military veterans and their spouses.

    Multiple financial assistance opportunities are available every year on a first-come, first-served basis for eligible applicants.

    Must be looking to pursue a career in the financial planning field.

    Must have an undergraduate or advanced degree, or be within 60 hours of an undergraduate degree (Junior or Senior).
